I was tasked with redesigning the cover and interior pages of a published book. Attention to detail, use of master pages,  character, and paragraph styles in Adobe InDesign were a requirement.

Working with this amount of type, maximizing readability and function were my priorities while also giving the novel a visually stunning creative refresh.

I chose to modernize the illustration style while maintaining the vintage art deco aesthetics seen in the 1983 first edition cover.
